This self adhesive vertical jar/can/tin sticker labeling machine is one of the most user friendly equipments from Shree Multipack. It is highly suitable for labeling round shaped cans, bottles, jars, tins, and other similar items, that have relatively bigger label height and length.
These containers may be made from aluminum, glass, plastic, HDPE, PET, etc; and utilized for food products, pharmaceuticals, mineral water, pesticides, etc. This Model SBSL-150B has the capability of labeling up to 40 products per minute, based on the diameter of the product and size of the label. Further it also includes an advanced micro processor controlled, and servo based system for label dispensing; as well as a simple system for sensing labels and products. Besides the machine even has a distinct, synchronized and single point system for controlling the speed.
The pre-programmed label length detection system assists in preventing the manual feeding and storing of information about the label length into the memory of this machine; and also retrieving the same data whenever the label size is changed and the equipment is restarted. This automatic system hence saves your time, avoids machine down time, reduces overall cost and also increases the productivity.
The other striking feature of this sophisticated machine is the no parts changing system for product and label size. Moreover the equipment has a smooth stainless steel finish and it virtually does not require any maintenance. It even includes a very powerful A.C. variable frequency drive system; as well as a synchronized system for dispensing the labels, and for the conveyor and pressing device. The optional toughened glass or acrylic safety cabinet is also readily available with this machine. Actually the equipment incorporates all the basic characteristics of a standard model as per the current requirements of the national as well as international market.
