The jar labeler machine is a single side sticker labeling machine. This versatile jar labelling equipment can apply labels on the top, front and back side of jars, bottles, and many other objects of various dimensions. It is a high speed, robust machine and also very user friendly. The jar labelling machine incorporates the most modern sensing system for labels and the products; as well as a micro processor controlled system for dispensing the labels.
Further the labeling speed of this powerful equipment is up to 150 units per minute, depending on the diameter of the product and size of the label. It can easily and quickly label glass, aluminum, plastic, HDPE, LDPE, PET, PP bottles used for pharmaceuticals, mineral water, food products, pesticides, etc. The positive drive spacing roller of the machine helps to avoid using the feed worm or star wheel to uniformly separate the product, for containers with different shapes and sizes.
Moreover, the vertically as well as horizontally adjustable pressing device of the equipment assists in the easy alignment of the height and diameter of the containers. This jar labeler machine has an exceptional single point synchronized speed control system. Besides this the built-in and preset system for detecting the length of the labels enables to do away with the need to manually input and store the information related to length of the labels into the equipment’s memory and even retrieving the same data as and when the label size is changed and the machine is restarted.
As a result this automated system helps in saving time, prevents down time of the equipment, reduces overall cost and enhances the machine’s productivity.
