The Semi Automatic/Off Line Vertical Linear Vial Sticker Labeling Machine Model SBSL-60 is a User Friendly Machine. The Machine incorporates latest sophisticated Micro Processor Control Label Dispensing system with user friendly Sensing system for Label and Product. The Machine is suitable for Labeling on Round Vials and other round objects with out-put up to 80 Labels per minute depending on product diameter and label size. The Vial Sticker Labeling Machine SBSL-60 has Conveyor and Pressing Belt system identical to Automatic Vial Sticker Labeling Machines for accurate labelling in vertical position, eliminating the inconvenience of manual Product Feeding and Collection of Product in Horizontal type Vial Sticker labelling machine. The Inbuilt Automated Label Length detection systems eliminates any need for manually feeding and storing of Label Length data in memory and retrieving the same every time for change of Label Size & re-starting the machine. The System thus saves valuable time, avoiding machine-down time, and helps achieve higher production. Operation:

The vials are manual loaded and unload on rotating platform and are cleaned in series of operations. The vials are hold in vial holders that are specially designed to accommodate vials with varying neck diameter and vial diameter. The vials are placed in an inverted position in these cup shaped holders. Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the vials. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement.
